Life contains moments of joy, sadness, anger, frustration, curiosity, gratitude, sorrow, guilt, and uneasiness, among so many others. At times, we are able to move through life with ease and at other times we struggle with seemingly simple tasks. You will know that it is time to get some extra support through counselling if things have seemed difficult for a long time, if the unpleasantness has been significant and is keeping you from enjoying your life or you feel like you are ready to make some changes in order to increase your wellness.
Every person needs to discover the right treatment plan for them, but typically, it is recommended to book several sessions close together at the start (weekly) and space them out as things progress and as skills/techniques/methods/tools are discussed and implemented.
